How we earn
When you click a booking link, search result, or booking map on PlayoffHotels.com and complete a reservation on a partner site, the partner pays us a commission. Current partners include Stay22 (which connects us to Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, and Vrbo inventory), Travelpayouts, DiscoverCars, and Squaremouth. You never pay more by using our links — the commission comes out of the partner's margin, not your rate.
What it never changes
- Our guides recommend neighborhoods, transit routes, and booking strategy on the merits. No hotel pays for placement in editorial content.
- Paid placements, when they exist, are always labeled ("Sponsored" or "Advertisement").
- We never invent scarcity, inflate urgency, or hide fees to push a booking. If a non-refundable rate is the wrong call, we say so.
Ads
We also sell clearly-labeled banner placements and sponsored listings directly to advertisers (details). Sponsored listings never displace or reword editorial recommendations.
